RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Returns on any defective items will be dealt with immediately as long as you Whatsapp or Email the evidence to us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will gladly exchange and refund at our cost.
- If there is nothing wrong with the product and you simply don't like it, or if it doesn't fit you etc. you are welcome to return it at a flat fee of R100. We will then refund you within 7 days. (Please check sizing carefully)
- Discounted or Sale Items can not be returned or exchanged
- Item must have not visible wear or tear
- Clothing labels must still be attached
- Please follow washing instructions carefully, as we cannot be responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing.

The links do not fit nicely- It is crooked and the silver/ gold are tarnished - It would probably fit better on a bigger wrist- I am boho was kind and offered a refund to me - It could have been that I accidentally received damaged stock
