RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please note: ALL of our products are good quality costume jewellery, we try to use the best possible materials to avoid tarnishing but this cannot be guaranteed :) 

Should you not be happy with your purchase, please drop us an email heygoodlookin@iamboho.co.za and we will discuss a suitable way forward. We always want our customers to be happy with their purchase, but every situation is different ;-)

If more than 6 months has passed and your jewellery has a fault to it or has broken anyway, we cannot refund, exchange or repair as we truly don't know how you have treated that piece in that time frame. 

All our items are hand-made and that appeals to the bohemian nature of our brand. Our one&only collection is totally hand-crafted so can be more delicate in nature than other pieces. 

Your piece will last for as long as you look after it. 

Ring sizes are measured in the UK size guideline and it's recommended that you go to a jeweller and get them to measure your finger sizes before purchasing a ring from us, as we CAN offer refunds or exchanges but you will please have to courier to us or pay for the courier.
