Return & Refund Policy
Returns on any defective items will be dealt with immediately, given that evidence is sent via WhatsApp or e-mail within 24 hours of receiving the item. This is so that we can ensure that the item wasn’t worn or harshly handled before return.
Should you desire a refund, we will gladly process it within 7 business days of initial contact. If you want to do an exchange, the same rules apply, and any subsequent costs will be covered by us. Refunds will also not be processed on items with visible wear and tear.
If there are no defects and you simply do not want the item anymore, we will refund, provided that the request is made within 28 days of receiving the item and that there is no damage to the item that was not reported to us. This refund will be processed minus a R150 flat fee for courier and admin costs.
If the item does not fit and you would like to exchange, we will happily do so at a flat fee of R200 for courier and admin costs. Since our products are handmade, they do not comply with standard grading options, and each has individual sizing charts.
We highly recommend that these charts be used in order to avoid paying this fee. If there is no sizing chart available and the item does not fit, requiring an exchange, we will process it at our cost.
Any discounted (excl. the initial welcome discount) or sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Please follow care instructions carefully, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items damaged by incorrect washing.
