Shipping Policy

CHRISTMAS ORDERS: We closed in the 3rd week of December so we will only ship from the 12th January 2026 but expect a delay in shipping due to the number of orders we receive. 

We ship anywhere in South Africa for a flat fee of R80. Orders over R1000 qualify for free shipping.

Please allow between 2-5 working days for delivery. We ship from Johannesburg, so all Jhb orders will take 1-2 working days, and other cities will take longer, depending on where you are based.

Same-day delivery cutoff for the day is 2 pm.

If you place an order after 5 pm on Friday, it will only be fulfilled and collected on Monday. If you have a package that desperately needs to be delivered, please contact us as soon as possible and let us know.
