Commissions

Disclaimer

The price will be determined after consideration by the jeweller based on the labour and materials needed.

The time frame will be subject to the jeweller's availability. If materials are needed, extra time may be needed for sourcing, but we will contact you to let you know just how much extra time may be needed should you be on a deadline. You can expect this commission to take up to a month to complete. Rush jobs are accepted, but the shortest amount of time we can take is 2 weeks, given that we have all of the materials on hand.

The security deposit of 50% will be paid via direct deposit after a conversation with the general manager (Kay-Leigh) before the creation process begins, and the final invoice will be sent and paid for before delivery or at the time of collection. Creation of the item will not begin until the deposit is paid.

You may send in inspirational pictures, but it is not guaranteed that the vision will be perfectly and exactly copied, given the fact that everything is made by hand.

No refunds will be accepted on custom commissions after the creation process has already begun, and your security deposit will be forfeited.

We will never make exact copies of a previous one&only design; you must choose elements that can differentiate them from the inspirational design. This applies to bulk orders of one&only pieces. One&only means there is one and only one of each piece, it will never be recreated.

We reserve the right to make content around commissions required of us; however, if you’re trying to keep your design secret until the recipient receives their package, you can request that the content be kept and scheduled for a later date.

VIP customers get a 50% discount on all upcycling jobs; this discount does not apply to non-VIP customers. VIP customers do not have to pay a deposit and are only required to pay after the item is done.

For up-cycling jobs, extra courier costs may be payable should we need to collect items beforehand. The payment process works the same; you will pay a 50% security deposit upon confirmation of the order, and the rest will be paid upon fulfilment of the order. Once you send in your upcycle/commission request, you will receive a message from the GM letting you know if the order is accepted or not, at which point the deposit will be paid.

Reach out if you’d like to commission an ultra-special one of a kind piece for yourself. You can choose your designer or we will choose for you based on your brief.

The process:

You will see workers profiles of the jewelers we work with, choose the one who can best fulfill your vision, then you can fill the form in. We will discuss the details with the boho team and you will then receive a message from Kay-Leigh to confirm that your order was accepted as well as sending the banking details so that you can pay the deposit. You will also get progress pictures from this number before the final invoice is sent and paid for, at which point the item will be ready for collection or delivery.

Our Jewellers

Christa

I do not really have a speciality - I love using a range of techniques and often combine them in one piece. When I hold a crystal or other element in my hand, the shape, colour and sheen of it determine how I use it. I am drawn to more earthy artisanal pieces, but I also love creating a delicate, feminine piece of jewellery. Each stone determines what it wants to end up as. I don't know if I can pick a favourite crystal. One day, I'll be deep in love with a labradorite reflecting deep blues and think that's my favourite. The next day, I can't believe the soft pinks and greys in a piece of pink opal, and I think that's my favourite. See? I can't choose. In terms of the precious crystals - although I think they're all precious - I would probably say that Ruby is my favourite. But ask me again tomorrow ;)

I am a qualified jewellery designer and manufacturer who loves edgy pieces that aren't quite conventional. Commission pieces that are a bit odd or different to the usual, as well as custom engagement rings, are what I enjoy making the most. Sterling silver is my favourite metal to work with, and I also enjoy working with yellow gold. I have too many favourite precious stones to pick just one, but I love Morganite, rough emeralds and rubies. My favourite semi-precious stones are amethyst, onyx and Chrysoprase.

Creating vibrant and distinctive jewellery pieces that truly embody my free-spirited hippie heart! I thrive on the energy of alternative styles, where nothing feels too polished or conventional. Each design is a celebration of uniqueness, infused with a funky vibe that sparks my creativity. My favourite crystal, quantum quattro, is a rare gem that I wish I could incorporate more often. Here’s to embracing bold colours and fresh ideas that stand out from the crowd!
