    MY STORY

These beads were never made. They grew. Job’s tears is a grass whose seeds form with a hole right through the centre, ready to be strung. For centuries, people in monasteries and villages threaded them into prayer beads and rosaries, one seed for every prayer.

The name comes from Job, who lost everything and kept his faith anyway. Each seed is said to be one of his tears. They stand for patience, for endurance, and for holding on through the hard seasons until better ones come.

No two seeds are alike. Cream, sage and soft amber, just as the earth made them, leading down to an old-world filigree cross. It is a necklace for anyone who believes the waiting is part of the blessing.
